Every agent is now able to produce a letter of experience from the Pulse system. It is no longer need to involve other departments. If the policy exists in Pulse, you will be able to create, print or email to your customer immediately. For Records dating back to the GA System a request will need to be placed to the Underwriting Department with a turnaround time of 48 hours.
