Select one of the multiple options to process a payment, in case of the use of a Bank Card the information is entered on the same system.

REQUEST REINSTATEMENT
With Underwriting authorization a policy may be reinstated after cancellation. Call for assistance on this matter.
AMENDMENT
Date is never be backdated, but date can go forward up to 30 days.
Reason must be selected from the suggested list: update contact information, coverage, drivers or add EFT.
Remarks are recommended to include more information about the amendment if necessary.
CANCELLATION
Avoid cancellations at all cost:
Inquire respectfully
Take ownership
Make at least 2 attempts to save
If you cancellation is innevitable please enter date desired, select a reason and provide specifics if needed under remarks.
"Process Cancellation" to confirm.
ID CARD
Besides listing the customer's address and office of inception's address, it will also contain the customer's policy number for easy reference to this policy in the future.
Effective Date and Expiration date state the term of coverage. Policy may be financed or paid in full. keep in mind these dates do not reflect coverage, to ensure coverage is up to date please refer to payment history on the policy.
All vehicles covered will be listed here, Pronto does not assign a driver per vehicle. All drivers are covered on all vehicles equally, please print one ID Card per vehicle.
In the event of a claim detailed instructions must be reviewed with the customer, this is the only portion of the policy that's listed in both English and Spanish for their convenience.
UPLOAD DOCUMENTS / PHOTO
All new applications must have the following documents uploaded, it's as easy as drag-and-drop!
2 pictures showing 360 degree view of the vehicle
1 Driver's License or Identification per driver
1 proof of ownership per insured unit, it may be either a title, registration, proof of purchase or bill of sale.
All policies must be completed within 24 hours of inception. It's best practice to upload all documents in front of the customer to avoid mistakes.
Label each document and "Submit Upload" to save.

Receipts may be re-printed for easy access.
