MInute Quote

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Basic information is required to issue a MInute Quote. A “Q” will be assigned to the transaction number right after saving or as soon as a rate is obtained, all fields in Red will be required.
When entering a TX DL or ID HDR will prefill most fields, if no license is acquired all info must be entered manually and automatic surcharge will apply.
Confirm physical mailing address.
Enter a mobile phone #, best practice to contact potential customer in the future and secure an opportunity to insure.
A Non-owned policy is to bind liability on any vehicle our insured borrows or rents. If the option is selected

The coverage selected here will apply to all vehicles on the policy. Review the Underwriting tab for coverage limit, application and deductibles.

Bodily Injury $30,000/$60,000 on Liability to third parties.
Property Damage $25, 000 on Liability to third parties.
Uninsured Motorist Bodily Injury, same limits as Liability apply to cover our customer.
Uninsured Motorist Property Damage, same limits as Liability apply to cover our customer.
Personal Injury Protection $2,500 coverage limit for our customer.

Include or Exclude at Driver Status.
"Edit" to confirm gender, marital status and relationship to the main insured.
"Add Drivers" to manually include or exclude drivers.
SR-22 may be selected with proper documentation from TX DPS. If letter of request is not present you may find it here.

Accidents and Violations

Must be entered manually for a more accurate quote.
Ask: "When was the last time you had a ticket or accident in the last 3 years?"
Weather surcharges are added or not the policy will run a report before binding to ensure the company

Vehicles may be added from the list found by HDR and edited to add coverage.
If vehicle is not found by HDR it may also be added manually by selecting the "Add Vehicle" button.

After Minute Quote is finalized you may click [Proceed] to enter the complete details that will compose a complete policy.

- 3 month in full pay
- 6 months in full pay
- 6 months financed
Limited (Previously known as an endorsed policy with limited benefits)
- 6 months in full pay
- 6 months financed

Immediately after proceeding to insure the "Quote" becomes an "Application".
