The application is guided in Pulse by the left grey menu, each tab will ask for additional information, we recommend to answer in order and press continue to save and continue the flow all the way to binding.
This is what follows a Minute Quote, it will go more in depth to collect complete information for the customer to bind the policy. An "A" will be assigned at the beginning of the transaction number.
Confirm: effective date, home/mailing address, email, and ph#.
Garaging address must be a physical address and it can not be a PO Box.

Notice: Physical Damage, Rental and Towing are options available under the "Vehicle Details" tab.
Include all drivers over the age of 16 who will be operating an insured vehicle. Include all household residents who will be driving an insured vehicle. Include the spouse of every driver if they will drive an insured vehicle.
Exclude other vehicle owners, anybody over 12 not driving and living at home with the main insured, and spouse if not driving.
Add vehicle in case of a new vehicle needs to be added
Confirm info: License Plate, Alternate garage Location if applicable, custom equipment up to $1,500. loss payee (lien holder) provides an automated list of potential lien holders or enter your own.
Confirm coverage: All these can be customized per vehicle Roadside Assistance, rent & tow.
A per section 7 of Pronto's UW Guidelines, it is required to upload the pictures of every physical damage vehicle before binding. If the pictures are not uploaded at this stage, an error message will not allow for binding until at least two pictures for each Physical Damage policy are uploaded.

All answers must abide by the UW Guidelines. If an answer is not satisfactory more information may need to be provided or the risk may result ineligible. Have your customer answer all questions, if the risk is ineligible producers are asked to desist from writing the policy with Pronto and choose a partner carrier that can accept the risk.
