The closing process will take place at any time the producing agent wishes to reconcile their cash box with Pulse. Ultimately it must be done one last time at the end of the day to notify the accounting department all business has ceased.
The red "Daily Closing" button will start the process, it may be found under the "Home" screen.
In the following example the total collected matches "Actual Amount" Notice zero "Difference" at the end.
On this example notice "Cash Recorded Amount" and "Actual Amount" don't match creating a $100 discrepancy.
