A "PR" before the transaction number indicates at this point coverage has been binded and a policy was created.
Signatures will need to be collected prior to processing a payment. The "sign now" link will indicate the document has not been e-signed yet.
Immediately after signature is received the notice will change to "signature received".
COLLECT SIGNATURES:
Customer will receive the application on their provided email. Ask them to e-sign, system will update signatures received in real time as they submit their response.
All electronic signatures begin with an agreement from the main insured acknowledging the e-signature by pressing "I agree and apply signature style"

This is the first document to be signed the customer must acknowledge the use of an e-signature to validate their contract.
