Account must be updated with producer's personal information. This info will be used to validate eligibility to bind by including TDI License number, and to establish agent's signature for all policies.

E-signature
Every new application must be e-signed by the producing agent. Name will appear on the application as registered on this section. A producer signs the application certifying compliance on their part abiding by the Doctrine of Utmost Faith.
